We recommend this chalet for 2 to 4 adults + children.
Zermatt is a garden level under Luzern. Extremely well equipped, you have dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit. The common areas are very spacious and you have plenty of light all day long. A small terrace allows you to relax outside and have a BBQ. In the living room, a beautiful wood stove warms you up.
You have private parking and an EV watch.
Its total area is approximately 1300 sf and for a large group, you can rent it with the unit higher up, the Luzern.
*The two chalets communicate via a staircase and two rather austere storage rooms. You can use them at your discretion but we prefer exterior access.
SOUNDPROOF
The floor is well soundproofed between Luzern and Zermatt (the floor is insulated with blown cellulose, carpet strategically located). We still ask to be mindful of the level of noise, for your neighbours and for the residents around the lake.
PLEASE NOTE THAT LAC DE LA SAPINIÈRE HAS RETURNED TO ITS NATURAL STREAM/LITTLE RIVER FORM FOR AN INDETERMINATE DURATION OR UNTIL THE DAM IS REPAIRED.

SLEEPING OPTIONS
The Zermatt has 2 large closed bedrooms with a bathroom and laundry room. In one of the bedrooms, you will find a Queen bed and a loveseat, storage unit and large wardrobe; in the other bedroom, you have 2 beds (1 double and 1 single, in addition to an additional single mattress under the double bed).
LA CUISINE
The Zermatt has a large kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of storage. You will lack absolutely nothing to prepare meals: cookware, standard coffee maker, kettle, electric mixer, small electric mixer, slow cooker and of course, a Swiss fondue set.
SURROUNDING YOUR COTTAGE
+ There is a garden by the chalet: do not hesitate to harvest what is in season!
+ Your BBQ and terrasse are in front of the cottage, outside your patio doors
+ Your 2 private parking spaces (shared with Luzern parking) and a EV charger
+ On the other side of the street, behind the small rustic cottage, you will find the pool and hot tub
+ There are two campfire areas: one near the hot tub in an outdoor fire pit and the other on the common ground.
+ In front of your unit, you have the stream.
THE LOCATION
Zermatt is located on the banks of the La Sapinière stream. This is the garden level of our Duplex. You are a few meters from the cycle path and the regional park. Our park is located on the other side of the path that runs alongside your parking space.
PARKING & CHARGING
Zermatt offers you two private parking spaces at the exit of your chalet and your own electric car connection point.
THE BREAD BOX
We deliver La Mie Richard bread to the entrance of your chalet.
